The coffee is grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes above 1,900 m. In 2019, a new washing station was built in the village of Chelbesa. Fermentation takes place in ceramic tanks, enhancing the coffee’s clarity.
The washed process gives the cup brightness, gentle acidity, and balance. An excellent choice for espresso with delicate citrus nuances.
